Zamora is the second most productive valley in Mexico, so we talk about Big Ag, technified chemical and toxic Ag of course but that produces in huge amounts so that's what matters, whilst the deployment of the soil vitality is far from being a topic in conversation. I decided to establish a small experimental strawberry production, still based on the same "convencional fashion" based on the monocrop (promise I have a reason) but worked completely different: focused on Permaculture practices combined with applied Biodynamics for soil regeneration, empowering and seeking the thrive of megadiverse microbiological life in it. So the results of this 2.5 years journey with this work is what I want to share with you all.
