Barbara Shinn farmed 25 acres of wine grapes for 19 years practicing organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming. She now resides in Freeport, Maine on 14 acres along Collins Brook stewarding her fields, woods and brook with biodynamic practices. She is a member of the Fellowship of Preparation Makers and practices the art of chromatography with her peers within the Fellowship. She co-organizes the Maine, USA chapter of biodynamic practitioners and is a member of the Board of Directors of Josephine Porter Institute of Applied Biodynamics.
