A New York native and University of Albany graduate, Ryan Boland began his career in the food and restaurant industry, selling ingredients to restaurants and later transitioned to natural health formulation with supplement manufacturer RFI Ingredients where he worked as a national sales manager, overseeing the east and mid-west coast sales division, new business development and overall account management. Nearly a decade in the natural health industry eventually led Boland to serve as director of sales for Mercola, a legacy brand and multisided natural health company that empowers people to take control of their health by providing research-driven, health-based information while also delivering the highest quality, biodynamic and organic supplements, foods and more for your health, home, pantry and pet through its online market, Mercola Market. Now as the chief business officer, Boland leads nearly 100 team members across five dynamic teams, from marketing to product development, in achieving the company’s mission regarding innovation, sustainability and transparency. He’s passionate about every aspect of his life – family, work, natural health, coaching little league and making a difference, especially in the regenerative agriculture movement.
