Our first stop will be Light Root Farms, who will host us for an intimate and experiential tour of a biodynamic & draft horse-powered farm in Boulder, CO. When we leave Light Root, we will land at Dharma’s Garden, a small neighborhood farm in the middle of Boulder, utilizing biodynamic methods and preps and a unique distribution model that is entirely donation-based.
