Daphne Kingsley is Co-founder of Light Root Community Farm in Boulder, CO, a 65 acre draft horse powered farm and dairy rooted in biodynamic farming practices. Daphne is a lover of dairy cows and grazing systems, and enjoys producing life giving food for people. She is also passionate about connecting people to the farm and cultivating meaningful relationships to the land and the animals. Daphne is the co-director for Living Earth Agriculture Foundation (LEAF), the farm's non profit wing, which holds the farm's social and educational mission providing community engagement opportunities, therapeutic and educational farm programming, teen mentorship and mindfulness on the farm, and future farmer training.
