True cost is the actual cost to the Alliance to produce the conference. Reduced cost tickets are underwritten by the generosity of others to support access to the conference. Both the true cost ticket and reduced cost tickets include the same opportunities and sessions.

Both the Main Conference True Cost and Main Conference Reduced Cost ticket include:

• Access to the Main Conference from Thursday evening to Sunday midday.
• Access to the Thursday Welcome Ceremony
• Choice of a 3-day session that will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Please read the session descriptions here.
• (1) Pass to the Showcase on Saturday, November 11th, 2023 with (1) wine glass and (3) drink tokens.

These tickets DO NOT include:

• Meals - these are purchased separately. 
• Pre-conference events, such as field trips and pre-conference workshops.
• Accommodations.

Registration fees are refundable, minus a $50 administration fee, if an email request is received by October 6, 2023. Due to our financial obligations to the facility and presenters, we are unable to offer any refund for any reason emailed after October 6, 2023. Early Early Bird rate are effective until July 15th, 2023
